Takes too long between them receiving your finished product and sending someone to install it. Had my blinds for weeks before she sent someone to install them. Does great work though. Have used them for years throughout my house

Our church is very happy with the shades that were installed in our sanctuary. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with choosing the best shade design and most cost effective shade for the project. Also so grateful to the installers and their attention to detail with measurements and installation.

We got our beautiful shutters installed today and the process was so quick and seamless. The shutters are beautiful and well made. The installation was quick and the installers really know what they are doing. Also they take great care when entering the home to take off their shoes and disturb as little as possible around the windows when installing. Everyone we dealt with at A Shade Better was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I would feel 100% confident recommending them to anyone!

Couldn’t be happier with the quality and service we received from A Shade Better! We purchased blinds from them a year and a half ago, the service was amazing from the moment we entered the store, to the time they finished with the installation. We contacted them a few weeks ago to let them know that the blinds were starting to fray on the edges. They immediately sent someone to the house to take a look at them. Even though they were not under warranty, they installed new replacement blinds a few days later! They were responsive, professional, quick and very friendly. John the installer is professional and great! This is why we as local businesses and members of the community need to support local business like this. I am positive we would not have received this kind of service from a national chain. Thank you A Shade Better for the great experience!
