Johnny did an excellent job on the remodel of our guest bathroom. He is a skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work. Dependable, professional, and good Cleanup and a genuinely nice and pleasant person.
He did the demolition, leveled the floor, converted a bathtub into a shower, replaced the ceiling drywall and tiled the floor and walls and it is BEAUTIFUL! Everyone who has seen it just loves it.
We will definitely hire Johnny again.

Johnny did a small but exacting and precise cutting and fitting job with irreplaceably valuable tiles for me, very quickly after I asked him and I was entirely satisfied. The job required great skill.To top it off, his charges are very fair. He's great! If you need tile work, definitely call him!

Johnny and his crew completed 2 jobs for us. The 1st was drywall and painting. They did a great job. The 2nd was removing tile and tile baseboards in our home and replacing with saltillo tile. Johnny, Pepe, and the crew did an excellent job. Johnny helped us design tile rugs within our flooring. We are very happy with the results. Johnny and his crew are professional and real artists. We will hire them again.

Johnny did a really good job replacing the old grout caulk around our bathtub and vanity area. He perfectly matched the existing grout and made our bathroom look like new. He also repaired the cracked grout on the Saltillo tile at the patio door threshold, again matching the existing grout perfectly. He arrived promptly at the promised time both days and cleaned up his work afterwards. We could not be happier with his work. We would recommend him very highly.

Johnny and his team did an outstanding job! Johnny was responsive from the moment I reached out for a quote through the entirety of the job. They painted the entire condo and replaced carpet and tile with Saltillo tile, and sanded and stained the wood doors and frames. They completely transformed the space and would highly recommend!

Johnny did a great job with our tile installation and painting. He was quick to give us a reasonable quote. He and his team were prompt at showing up, quick and clean with all work performed. I will use 505 Tile Installation and Painting again!

We contacted Johnny because we sought help to remove saltillo tiles in our kitchen and to install replacements. He came promptly to give us a fair estimate and also to perform the job. His work was of excellent quality and he was very easy to communicate with. We are very satisfied and would happily hire him again in the future.

Johnny and Pepe renovated our shower and eliminated a leak that two previous contractors could not resolve. So easy to work with them and their workmanship was second to none. They also did fine plaster repair. Strongly recommend 505 Tile.

These guys are awesome! I was going to do the work myself but then thought better! So glad I worked with Johnny and his team. They were exceptionally fast, friendly, and did very very high quality work. The price was also amazing, which is a huge consideration. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
