We recently purchased a home and the owners took the remotes for the garage door. Also, the garage door was making funny noises, we didn’t care about that part, but just wanted to be able to open it with a remote. We called and Barry came out and coordinated to have his team arrive the next day. Luis and Chino only took about an hour and gave us a brand new opener with two remotes. Luis and Chino were very nice, efficient and informative. They showed us how to set up the app, they helped us set up both of our cars to open the door, and helped with the remotes. Also, they resolved a number of problems with the garage door, which were causing the noise and poor opening. Each side had a separate problem with the door and Luis and Chino were able to resolve both issues. The door sounds ENTIRELY different and so much smoother. It is such a difference for me and my family. They set up the key pad for us and went on their way. Very impressive, friendly and hard working individuals! I would highly recommend 716 Garage Door for any repairs. They did not rake us over the coals in price either just because we were in need. Their price was reasonable and you can tell they care about doing quality work! Thanks boys!

My experience with 716 Garage Door Repair was good from start to finish. From setting up my appointment with Nina, to my tech, Kevin, letting me know exactly what needed to be done. Kevin was very polite, quick, and efficient. He took care of everything, and took the time to explain to me how everything would work. I would recommend 716 Garage Door Repair to family and friends! I just have to say if I could give 716 and Sean 10 stars I would. Came over knew the issue immediately, showed me my door opener was from 1995. Went over the options and got me all setup with a great unit. At the end he even helped get my Audi built in door opener working. Highly recommend and I’ll be sending people there from now on.

I picked this place cause they had like 2300 reviews and average of 5 stars and I can see why. Kevin came by within this first half hour of a 2 hour window that dispatch gave me, but apologized for being late? Super friendly and personable. Gave me 3 options to fix my busted garage door and explained each one and I took the best option. Put in a whole new system in like less than an hour. I offered him tacos but he declined. Would recommend.

Josh showed up right on time and got to work immediately. And no time flat he had removed our old garage door and prepared to install our beautiful new garage door. His skill and workmanship were impeccable and cleaned up as he continued the installation. Once the job was complete, he spent time showing me the functions of the new door and setting up the application on my phone. Josh was a good face for the company and very conscientious. Great job! We love our new door.
