This is a top notch company an employees are the best. I was quoted close to 10 k from there competitor to fix a common leak and 1 Tom plumber fixed the issue for 500$ . By far the best experience I've had with a plumbing company.

Zack came out on a Sunday and spent hours clearing our backed up pipes. He was very thorough and was the first plumber to clear our pipes that truly looked for a solution to our plumbing problems. Highly recommend.

If I could give zero stars for my experience with 1-Tom in Columbus I would. We have used 1-Tom in Dayton multiple times and have been pleased with their service and price. This is why I chose 1-Tom for our Columbus plumbing need last weekend. 1-Tom came out to assess a ceiling leak we believe was coming from a shower. Without much checking the plumber cut a hole in our ceiling where the water had leaked instead of considering an access panel in the bedroom wall. They removed the bathtub spout which had not been previously leaking, supposedly replaced with a new one that was now pouring out water around the spout after it was “fixed”. Tried to use caulking around the spout which is completely unacceptable. They replaced our spout which was brand new and took ours with them. The plumber then said we needed a tub and shower valve replacement which would be an additional $920 after charging me $420 for basically not fixing our issue. I did not schedule this repair with 1-Tom.
My normal plumber came out 2 days later when available and stated the leaking issue is caused from the spout with a valve missing. Absolutely no reason to cut into the ceiling and if any cut was needed it should have been in the wall and an access panel to be added. They did tighten the shower head and a garbage disposed which took all of 10 minutes. I’m fine to pay for work completed but have an issue with paying this much for no repair. So now I’m in $420 for nothing, $150 for actual repair and $750 for ceiling repair. Please do not use this company. I have requested 3x to speak to a manager or owner over 3 days without any response. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB next.

Dan was our 1-Tom-Plumber repair man.Very professional,very courteous.
Replaced our garbage disposal,and installed new..Easy work for Dan,knew what he was doing and got it done.We will look for Dan and 1-Tom Plumbers if we need help in the future.

I want to thank 1-Tom Plumber for your help with installing my new faucet and unclogging an extremely compacted clog. Grease. Ugh. The senior came out and identified the problem and went to work. Extremely, professional and courteous, cleaned up after his work and extremely, well adverse in plumbing. I am now looking to get my bathroom vanity replace. I really enjoyed working with everyone at 1-Tom Plumber. Highly recommend.

I called four other plumbers on a Saturday and they were the only ones who could come out within same day. Andy did a superb job thoroughly going through and fixing everything needed and then some. I have a 100 year old home. I strongly recommend using this company.

If you need a plumbing company do not hesitate to call . Our kitchen sink was backed up and I reached out on Sunday afternoon. They answered the phone right away and after discussion about the problem we decided to set up an appointment for Monday afternoon Both gentlemen, Andy and Dani, were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and communicated every step as they worked thru trying to resolve. The problem ended up being a bit more than just a small clog, but they came back promptly the next morning as well and worked thru the issues thoroughly to resolve until the drains ran clear. We will be calling back in a few weeks to have them came to do some further work for us. 1 Tom -Plumber will get my business for any plumbing needs we have in the future.
