Amazing customer service & response time! Easy to schedule via texting and provides estimate in advance. They were able to get out as early as the next day and will not price gouge. Two technicians were sent to my hous3 and both were extremely polite and worked at what I thought was a very speedy pace. I would never recommend another company besides 614 Garage Door to assist with any needs.

614Garage Door did an excellent job for us! They were very responsive and came out next day (could have done same day) to install a new opener and door trim. Chris, Shane and everyone was extremely professional and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was reasonable and we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!

I recently had Shane from 614 Garage Door service my garage doors and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. He was extremely knowledgeable and kind, efficiently handling the service without any attempts to upsell. The entire process was quick and hassle-free. Reached out to 614 garage door to replace my old broken door. They were beyond great during the entire experience. Had a hiccup with date of installation (likely an oversight on my end)…they accommodated. Installation was quick and tech was nice and kept me updated as they work. Area was spotless after they were done.

614 Garage door came out to install our new garage door opener contracted through Lowe’s. Upon arrival they lifted the garage door and it wasn’t staying up and he immediately told me I needed new springs and quoted me $550 and told me he wouldn’t install the new garage door opener without new springs. Flustered with a baby on my hip and a toddler running around I told him that we hadn’t planned on spending that money that day so he left. When I called 614 garage and told them what happened to see if I could get my installation fee back they offered $100 off new springs (not even 15 minutes after they quoted me $550).
I called a different company who installed the new garage door and balanced/tightened my springs (because they were not broken and did not need replaced) for cheaper than the new springs would have cost.
I felt profiled and targeted as someone they could make an extra few hundred dollars off of because I was busy and distracted and didn’t know much about garage doors. Highly do not recommend this company.

This is my second time using 614 Garage. They did a great job with my other garage door a few years back. Last night my other garage door spring broke late evening and I called to request a tech to come out. The gentleman said he could come out tonight or the next day. We set up for the next day. Ceto arrived on time and was able to fix the issue quickly. Nice guy and polite. I appreciate the help and if the need arises will continue to be a repeat customer.
