I absolutely loved the 89 home building experience! Choosing the style and colors went super quick and smooth. Lori provided great advice but also let every decision up to me. The standard home features provide an excellent variety of choices (interior and exterior) but if you want super high quality features (like my garage door) a little price increase may prove well worth it. Not only do I love the quality of the home for the price, but the process went SMOOTH. Like basically I just said “this is what I want” and boom 3 months later I have it. The payment process was smooth. Even when I had a week in Costa Rica and couldn’t make payment in good time there was no problem! No fees or nothing! If you’re a first time home buyer, I’d recommend 89!

Les, Lori and everyone at 89 homes built us a beautiful house. I recommend to everyone considering building to go with 89 homes. Les did a great job listening to what we wanted and used his creativity to exceed what we were imagining. Lori is like having an interior designer when picking out all the colors. She really helped us match all our colors based on taste to create a house that we love coming home to.
We were originally going to build with another builder and decided to go with 89 and we are so glad that we did. I can't recommend enough that you build with 89 homes.

89 Homes helped us build our custom home with ease. Les is great with listening and isn’t afraid of a challenge. Lori is knowledgeable in interior design and helped us bring our vision come together. Rick was efficient in keeping the build moving according to the schedule and answering any questions or concerns we had. We would recommend them to anyone building a home. They all value their reputation and it shows in the craftsmanship of their final product.
