From start to finish, our experience with 50 Floor Raleigh Metro for our upgrade to Hardwood flooring in both our bedroom and den was exceptional. Chris brought along samples that fit our taste and budget, and handled our order efficiently in less than 40 minutes. Our installation team, Lucas and Ramon, were awesome. They arrived promptly when they said they would,
and got right to work. They were friendly, and they completed both rooms in one day, and their workmanship was most excellent. Many thanks to everyone at 50 Floor Raleigh Metro who helped us realize this great improvement to our home.

Had a great experience with the sales rep, Jordan, from 50Floor. He came to the house prepared with several samples of LVT planks from which to choose. He is very knowledgeable and professional and was able to show us how it would actually look in our house. He explained the process and how long it would take. We are so excited. I will try to edit this review with pictures after it is finished.

Last year in March for our 56th marriage anniversary our gift to each other was to update our downstairs with new hardwood floors in the kitchen, family room and new carpet in the living room and dining room area. Overall we were really pleased with the results. However, just a year later, I cannot provide a favorable rating. There are several areas where the seams are coming apart on the hardwood floor. When I contacted 50 Floors, the installation manager came to my home and inspected the areas where the boards were coming apart. The first thing he asked was, what was I using to clean the floor. I told him that I was using something similar to a Swiffer. He informed me that I should not have used water to clean the floor! He said that I should have only used a DAMP mop. The owner called my husband and told him that since we had caused the damage, the company was not liable or obligated to make any repairs. Today is our 57th anniversary and we are faced with what to do to repair the floor. The Installation Manager said that the floor will only get worse!

I am very happy with our service! They were on time and very efficient with their work. If i had any issues, it was addressed immediately and fixed. I highly recommend them! I will be having more work done by them soon. Look how beautiful our floors (Carpet/Vinyl) are!!
