Adam and Parker were great to work with. They were able to get my water heater fixed the same day, even showing up a little early to the appointment. Explained all the work that needed done and were extremely efficient in completing the job.

Brenden and Max were awesome and went above and beyond! I was very fearful of this repair as I've heard horror stories about main water line repairs to the house. Reliable Leak Detection came out first (which was a great experience as well .. different review). After Reliable pinpointed the leak, Brenden and Max got to work. They were very patient and informative as I asked various questions about the repair. What could have been an all day repair with half the yard destroyed, turned into a very small dig and just a couple of hours to repair. Although I can think of a million different ways I would've rather spent that money, I'm confident in the repair and glad I was able to work with them to get it fixed. Never take your water for granted and thank you Brenden and Max!

Adam and Ben came to the property Birch Hill Suites for some issues we had in a room that was pretty excessive work!! They showed up and finished in a very quickly and timely matter and were very professional!! Made sure they explained everything thoroughly and made sure we understood and knew everything they were doing and did!! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you for being awesome!!

Today was the third time we used 1-Tom-Plumber. All three have been quality service. We received a phone call four hours earlier than expected because the serviceman was finishing another job nearby. This was great news for us. He arrived about 10 minutes later. We needed the kitchen drain and bathroom sink drain unclogged. Everything was professionally done, each step of the process explained. He even had to go on the roof to clean the vent to the kitchen drain. We are very pleased with the excellent service. We felt the charge was very reasonable.
We had already recommended 1-Tom...several months ago to a relative, they were pleased with the service too.
We certainly will continue to use this company, you should give them a try.

Cullin is wonderful. I'm a Property Manager of a large, 417 unit property. On our first day back to work after the Memorial Day weekend, we had a unit with a pretty significant kitchen sink back-up due to grease. We were quoted an arrival time of 5pm-6pm. Cullin arrived at 2:30, earlier than expected! He was super friendly and courteous. He was able to fix the clog in less than 15 minutes! Cullin is definitely an asset to 1-Tom-Plumber.

Best Plumber Ever!
February 2023, I called 1-Tom-Plumber to quote on a couple projects. The way this company communicates is the best I've ever seen. Call to schedule, get an email and text confirmation. Text the day of the service. Phone call when the plumber is 20 minutes out.
The plumbers they employee are professional, knowledgeable and courteous (they always put the boot covers on before they come into the home).
Quote was on par with a couple other quotes. But communication and service was over the top so I chose them for these projects.
They showed up on time, finished early and cleaned up after the projects were completed. 5 Stars!
April 2024, we had an issue with a part they used for one of the projects. I called for service. They showed up promptly and addressed the issue.
I called to pass along some praise for Manny the plumber (and his Majestic beard). The owner was on vacation. His assistant told me he would call back when he returned. The owner called me on the day he returned from vacation! That is the kind of customer service you just don't see anymore. Thank you!

EDIT FOR REPLY: First, for clarification, the prior plumbers that came out all also provided a drain snake camera feed to show the line was indeed cleared, and not just a small snake hole.
Second, you mention "you've tried to reach out several times to resolve", as if we haven't already spoken to you to try to resolve the issue multiple times. I called and spoke to someone BEFORE I left a negative review, and we spoke to Ryan yesterday about your "resolution" which was an insulting $150 refund of our $1,200 bill.
Lastly, you "cleaned up everything except the carpet"!? I've attached some photos of what our basement looked like after your guy left. He also NEVER informed us that a raw sewage explosion was a possibility with the use of the hydro jet, as you state he did. He simply used the small drain snake for a few minutes and then told us in his opinion the large snake wouldn’t work either and he’d recommend using the hydro jet, but again never informed us of that potential hazard.

In January we called 1-Tom-Plumber to clear a soft clog in a stubborn basement line that has been successfully cleared by other plumbing companies 4 times in the past for ~$100 drain snake charge.
1-Tom-Plumber guy shows up, attempts to snake the drain for a few minutes and then tells my wife he can’t clear the pipe with the snake and needs to use the hydro jet. As soon as dude turns on the hydro jet raw sewage explodes out of the basement toilet, shower drain, and out of the floor drain in our unfinished storage area. Then after he explained we would need to hire a sewage cleanup company to fix the mess he made, he promptly collected his equipment and left, while managing to track the raw sewage mess he made all over the house.
1-Tom-Plumber refuses to take responsibility for their employees actions, and what we expected to be at most a $150 charge to clear a drain turned into $2,800 between the plumber, the sewage cleaners, and the carpet cleaners.
Bottom line, find another plumber who will send someone more experienced and won’t create a disgusting and expensive problem and leave you to deal with it.
