I love working with Raya, Kelly, and Joshua!
They are so very sweet and helpful. Very fast with responding back and giving a lot of good information when needed.
If you ever need anything ask for them!

I've used them many times, always work well for me. They are very busy and larger commercial projects take up most of their time.

I hired the company Real Steel Metal Buildings so Laura ordered the plans from this company, the plans were denied because they were done incorrectly. I been trying to contact the engineer and they don't let me talk with him because I wasn't the person who ordered the plans. So now the company who ordered the plans is not responding my calls or text so I am in the middle of nothing. They charged me $1,465 and those plans are incorrect and don't let me talk with the engineer.

We have used A & A Engineering on a few residential projects over the past couple years. Some smaller projects and a couple larger ones such as retaining wall designs and a foundation system for a house that was to be built on a ravine with about 20' or so of fill dirt. We approached them thinking of the solution to the fill and they had a much more cost effective idea to make the lot buildable. They worked with us through the design phase prior to our clients purchasing the lot so they could make an informed decision, knowing how much the foundation system was going to cost. Everyone I have worked with at A&A has always been very nice and professional. We have referred people to them and will continue to do so and will continue to use them for out engineering needs.

Hired A & A Engineering for a small residential remodeling job where a load bearing wall would be removed. An engineer came to the site and took measurements. Within a couple weeks an engineered drawing was received with their official state stamp. At that time an assurance was given that if there were any questions or concerns they would be answered in a timely manner. Well that didn't happen. Called several times to ask a question about the plans. Never received a return call. When the plans were forwarded to a beam hanger supplier for fabrication, the supplier reported there was no way the design from the plans would work. The supplier modeled the design and it showed the beam would fail as designed. Taken for a useless design which will not work or pass code.
