I called them this morning after having no luck unclogging my kitchen drain myself. I was surprised to have a technician, Jerren, at my house a little over an hour later. He and his apprentice are amazing at what they do as they would not quit until my drain was free and flowing again. It was stubborn at first, but they got it handled. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Worth every penny for the service I received. Thanks!

Had a need for some plumbing work done and called 1-Tom. Dave Crawford was the plumber that responded. He inspected the plumbing issue and in short order the issue was resolved. I would highly recommend using this company and specifically Dave. He was friendly, down to earth and obviously experienced. Such a polite and efficient man. I would use them again if the need arises.

I'm not surprised to see perfect 5-star reviews for 1-Tom Plumbing. However, I need to share my experience as well.
Brad and his associate (who is in training) showed up on time, did the assessment, so I approved the work to be done. Within two hours parts needed were provided and labor completed. I had called early that morning and Sheila explained the process; set up the appointment, and work was completed before close of business the same day! That kind of service is rare these days; and I greatly appreciated the reception I received from the initial call and the completed service.
Without hesitation, I highly recommend 1-Tom Plumber to anyone in need of their services.

David Crawford came to my bother in laws home to help me with plumbing issues I couldn’t fix. He was very knowledgeable and worked hard to help us out on very old plumbing. I would definitely call on him again if I have any plumbing issues and will pass along his name to family and friends that need work done!

David Crawford came out to my bothers home on Saturday. We needed help with a water shut off in his front lawn and several repairs in the bathroom. David was so professional and friendly. He did not make us feel rushed and took his time. He let us know step by step what he was going to be doing and what the charge would be if we wanted it done. He spent several hours helping us. I would definitely call this company in the future and recommend this company to my friends. I would also ask specifically for David Crawford and tell my friends to as well he is friendly and professional. Thank you David!

David Crawford was great! He was very knowledgeable and explained to me what was going on with my water heater. He also took a look at my sump pump to make sure it was still running properly because we had not heard it cut on in quite some time. Good to find out that it works fine. Great service!

Andrew came out and replaced a corroded water shutoff valve to the dishwasher. The service was quick, professional, and reasonably priced. Would definitely be happy to work with this company again.
