Overall

405 Equipment is the best place to rent any equipment you may need. They sell hay for your animals as well. I will definitely be using them for all my equipment needs. Even when I am ready to buy a ZTR I will be going to them!! And I hope that “you” as a reader choose them for your equipment needs as well..

Do no rent from these guys. Total rip off. Misrepresent their equipment and then it is your fault because it doesn’t perform as they say. I asked them multiple times before loading out whether their machine would dig to a specific depth and two different machines, nothing but lies. And then they wanted me to rent another piece of equipment to do the job the first two pieces of equipment couldn’t do. Wound up going to Bobcat of Goldsby to rent equipment that 405 could not do. No misrepresentation at Bobcat. Should have went there from the beginning. Thought I would give the little guy a chance but got burnt. Never again.

Smooth sailing from the jump, picked out the trailer I wanted, Brittany ordered it & showed up a few weeks later. They even delivered it Dang near to my doorstep. Great little business they run.

Promised a mini excavator on Friday for a weekend checkout. It came back damaged from person who rented before. No call telling us there was not one available so I made a trip for nothing. On the plus side, one came available on Saturday and they called us. We were able to rent it and get our dirt work finished. Upon returning, we were charged $25 for not cleaning it although my husband used power washer on it. Even that was okay, but staff wasn't very friendly. I think we would rather deal with Crossland because the staff there is very friendly and helpful. Picture is when I returned it. It looked pretty clea. To us.
