Kevin lead us through the entire process. After contacting my insurance company, he was there to explain, in detail, every single step from beginning to end. He was very prompt to call or text us any time we had a questions or any issues. The roofing and gutter crews were the best. They got the job done in one day and did a great clean up!
I would recommend this company to everyone that needs a roof!

I can not say enough great things about 1907. I used them for roof replacement and the entire process was seamless. Kevin and his team went above and beyond to make sure we were informed on all options, received progress updates and were satisfied with the work completed. They took the time to do things right and the quality and attention to detail was excellent. I can say without hesitation that this company is the BEST roofing company around!

Wow! An honest, reliable company! We had a repairman come out a few months ago to check out the seal on our windows and told us that our roof was damaged and about to leak!! We got our insurance agent out twice and he said it was cosmetic but didn't give us details! We got Grant Alexander and his sister Cara Alexander to inspect our roof (for FREE!!) and they ended up telling us that we actually didn't have damage --BUT they explained why the initial guy thought we had damage! Wow! If we DO get another round of hail, I'm definitely calling 1907 Roofing and asking for Grant and Cara!
And on top of it all we found out that Grant just graduated college and commissioned as a United States Marine Corps Officer! He's waiting for his orders now for training but in the meantime he's working hard with his sister and this company to provide great service to customers! HIGHLY recommend!

This week I had the pleasure of working with 1907 Roofing for a complete roof replacement, and I must say, they exceeded all my expectations.
From the initial inspection to the final shingle, their team was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient.
What stood out to me was the attention to detail and the clear communication throughout the entire process.
Sam H. the project manager walked me through every step, ensuring I understood the work being done and the materials used.
The crew was punctual each day, worked diligently, and left the site spotless upon completion.
The end result is a top-quality roof that not only looks fantastic but gives me peace of mind knowing it's built to last.
I'm thoroughly impressed with 1907 Roofing and would recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

This company is amazing! You will not be disappointed especially if you have Mike Rhodes helping you out. He took the time to explain every question I had and he kept in contact with us the whole time, and went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the work. He took care of everything with the insurance so we didn't have to stress about any of that. Mike takes pride in helping you out and you can tell within the first 5 minutes of meeting and talking with him that he loves what he does and will be the right man for the job. Roof was done fine and timely. The work was mostly cleaned up with minimal nails and other debris found in the yard after they left.
My concerns are to do with 1907 acting as a GC to see the rest of my claim through. Two of their three subcontractors for other items on my claim which were NOT the roof were not up to par.
Prior to the guttering subcontractor coming out I asked 1907's GC to verify with them the extents of the guttering to be done. "If it was there before it will be put back as it was" was all I got in response. A large section of guttering was missed - and another was added where it wasn't before. This added a downspout in the yard creating a hole in the yard. I didn't want it removed because the fascia board would have had all the new holes for attachment which would need to be repaired. The guttering subcontractor had to come back out one more time to finish the work properly.
Their man-door subcontractor installed the door with major gaps around the door. He came back and raised the door to a new location. This just moved the gap to the bottom and the locks/latches were in a different location than before and he chewed up the jamb studs with a speed bit and filled in the original latch locations with putty. 1907 eventually sent a different contractor to replace it again.
Very disappointed in their sub contractors and in 1907's project manager to not listen to my requests to verify things prior to beginning. Ultimately, things were done to my satisfaction, but this caused the duration of my work to be extended for quite a long time.

We went with 1907 for our roof replacement and awing project. Steven Dixon was our project manager and was very helpful through the whole process. He helped with filling all our insurance claims, worked with our insurance agent to get everything squared away. They ended up sending extra crew to complete our replacement before another storm hit. Cleanup was also flawless. We are very happy customers, don’t go with a fly by roofing company, use someone that is local and trusted. 1907 is 5 stars!

I reached out to 1907 Roofing after seeing their post on Facebook following the big hailstorm. The little girl was so cute and they said they were local so I thought “Why not?”. I got an immediate reply from Kevin and he was able to come that day. We had a leak in my sons room because of the hail damage and Kevin put a patch on for no charge. That sold me right there. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and told my husband and I what to expect every step of the process. He basically held our hand and was amazing to work with. He seems to know everyone and was able to get all of our work done, including redoing our chimney and replacing our back patio cover, without having to work with anyone else. It was such a relief to have just one person to keep up with. He and his team handled everything from roof replacement to the insurance company. My husband asked for a hat and boy did he get hats (lol) as well as some koozies. I could go on and on. I’m so glad this impulse decision turned out so amazing. Thank you Kevin!
