Hired for roof Replacement w/insurance claim. After work was completed rain poured directly into home. Had to be redone several x. While waiting for final insurance check, Sylvia Sweeney called family members and threatened legal action. Work is still questionable, but will do anything to be done with company after 5 months. (Noah is super friendly though). Have receipts.

1st Priority replaced my roof after some storm damage. Then my ceiling caved in from their faulty work. They "fixed it" again. And, you guessed it, my soaking wet ceiling caved in again. This cycle repeated itself 4 times! I have pictures and a text chain if anyone is interested. When my mortgage company finally started releasing insurance money to them as repairs were approved, a person identifying themselves as Sylvia Sweeney sent me a text threatening to file a lien against my property. The money has not even been completely released, and here she is threatening a lien. My advice? Find a different company. Anyone else.

Noah at 1st Priority is Awesome!!!
He’s very professional, helpful and goes above and beyond with us and working with our insurance company. I would highly recommend him as he follows up and keeps me informed with every step of the process. From our experience one couldn’t ask for anyone better.

From the first phone call to 1st Priority , I knew I made the right choice. Noah promptly called me back . He came out and diagnosed the problem I was having with rain water overflow. I scheduled an appointment. Clay came out with a crew member and fixed the problem quickly. I felt like the charge was appropriate for the work required. I am very happy with the results.

I had a few contractors come out after the June storms but I am glad I decided to go with 1st Priority. Noah was very helpful and responsive during the process. The roof color we wanted was on backorder so it took a while to get but Noah would provide me with updates and even offered alternatives if we wanted it done sooner. I am happy we waited! Noah and the installing crew did a great job!

We are very pleased will our new roof. Noah the company's representative was very helpful and made the process easy. 1st Priority Roofing saved us a lot of money. I would definitely refer them to any one who needs any Roofing done.

I needed a new roof and 1st Priority was the best choice for the job. They coordinated the job without any hassles and did the replacement in a timely, efficient manner. I wasn't left with a mess to clean up either. Great job all around!

The most important thing 1st Priority did for us was their almost instant response and follow-up on our questions and concerns. Because of the nature of our project we had to go back to the insurance company a couple times. (I have learned over the years that insurance companies are primarily in business to protect insurance companies.) Cynical part over...so the times we had to revisit the proposal I was thankful and impressed with the knowledge of the project manager.

I highly recommend 1st Priority for your roofing project. George Warkentin walks you through the whole process of what will happen from beginning to end. He always answers his phone if you have any questions. Very professional and polite. Sylvia handles the office and is always pleasant to talk to and in a great mood all the time. Just talking to her will cheer you up.
The actual tear off and new roof install was handled by Israel and crew. I chose Estate Gray shingles.
Very efficient and clean work. Tarps were laid out all around the house to catch debris. When they left there wasn't so much as a roofing nail to be seen. Great job.
All-in-all, 1st Priority was easy to work with and the new roof looks great. Give them a call, I think you will be pleased with the results.
