Overall

I love the fact that A to Z repairs blinds! We've had them re-string venetian blinds on two different occasions and this last visit Bryson fixed an issue/replaced a part while I waited. Wonderful service!

I actually didn't buy anything from them. I needed spacers for the blinds I bought online (was unaware this place was here beforehand). They were very helpful and gave them to me since they didn't have a price on them. Incredible customer service. Next time I need blinds I'm 100% coming here and will recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience. We scheduled everything over email, which was very convenient. The consultation visit was fruitful and we felt confident we were selecting a good product. Installation went smoothly. The factory manufactured one of the blinds incorrectly, but A to Z Blinds handled the replacement for us and came back out to install it. We love our new blinds!

We had a broken pull string on one of our cellular shades. The gentleman who waited on us was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the breakaway bead while we waited, free of charge. It was a very positive experience for us. When we need any replacements in the future, we will definitely check back with A to Z Blinds.

Overall

I brought a honeycomb blind in that had stopped pulling all the way out and the shop was great about fixing it quickly. It turned out to be a minor snag, and so they did the work for free! Pretty astounded by the quality of service. Will definitely bring future needs here!
