Seth came out and diagnosed our washer was very informative. Answered all my questions. We did ended up buying a new one from them. He was very flexible and made it out to install within just a couple days. Thank you Seth at Umpqua appliance!

They came same day I called, assessed the situation and advised me of my options. Then he sold me a new freezer and will deliver it tomorrow morning, saving my food in the freezer. I'm very grateful.
Then delivery was on time and Seth even helped me put food in the freezer. Great service once again!

The service was fine, but the cost was outrageous. We were not quoted pricing, but we had $46 in parts and it took less than 2 hours and our final bill was $525. When I called and spoke to an owner about the $250/hr labor bill they were unapologetic.
I really try to use local people, but I feel the pricing here is way out of line. I am fairly certain that they do a great job, so there is that. Just beware of pricing and get a quote before you have them work on your appliances.
Edit: I made it clear that we were not provided pricing before or during the service call. We were provided a bill at the end of the call, which I even mentioned on the phone. Lets not pretend that we were quoted and then complained about the pricing later. I would never do that and I don't appreciate you inferring that.
