Mike was recommended to me in regards to a land use issue for a pole barn construction. Bob was sent out within a few days to review the site and assess the property for the woodland issues involved. His expertise and professional manner were very apparent both in his knowledge of land use issues, the process to obtain the permits needed and the townships concerns. I left the meeting feeling that I couldn't have picked a better team to move the project forward.

We recently had the pleasure of working with AASA Land Surveyors to design a Grading Plan for a Pole Building we were going to have built in Township that is not the easiest to work with. I cannot say enough good things about everyone we worked with at AASA. The initial surveyor (Unfortunately I cannot remember his name) was very pleasant and respectful of the property. We then worked with Bob who was designing the Grading Plan itself. The time he took in explaining everything to us deserves 11 stars. We felt he was on our side the whole way through and explained things to us in a way that we could truly understand. Bob provided after hours help when my husband was away in a location that had terrible cell service and during times my husband was unable to get away during work hours to answer a call. When picking up the Grading Plan at the office, my husband had the pleasure of meeting Mike who was gracious, helpful and very down-to-earth. Both Mike and Bob reassured us that they would be there if we were issues with the plan (from the Township) and any small changes needed to be made. They made us feel comfortable and well taken care of during this stressful process of working with our Township. Lastly, they quoted a price and stood by that price which is very much appreciated by us both. 1000 Thank You's from the Zieglers!

We needed our property surveyed in a timely manner for a fence. After many unreturned calls or exorbitantly high quotes from other companies, I finally talked to Mike at AASA. Mike was quick to respond and had a reasonable quote within a few hours. We were scheduled quickly and our surveyor, Shane, was a consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and polite. When he was finished, he walked me around the entire property to explain the pins and stakes and everything that was involved in the process. He is clearly skilled in his field and I would reach out to AASA for any further needs that would arise with our current property or any in the future. We are thrilled with our survey. We needed to get our new property surveyed and were under a strict time constraint. I called several companies and left messages explaining our situation. After several disappointing callbacks I was ready to give up hope. I received a call back from Arthur of AASA Land Surveyors and explained my situation.
