We had our elevator out of service because of multiple issues: bent rams head and other brackets, faulty electronics, worn rollers,,… We first contacted the company performing our annual service and its manager gave us an insane estimate. We approached a 2nd company who told us a total replacement was necessary. Finally, we found Advantage Elevator System who fixed everything, replaced major components (per our request as they were over 20 years old) at a fraction of the other estimates we had received. The job was impeccably done (I even saw a technician mop our floor) to our greatest satisfaction. Chris and his team are AWESOME!

Our elevator recently stopped working and we have an elderly parent living in our home. She is unable to take the stairs and we rely on the elevator to get her from one floor of the house to another. A different elevator company came out right away but told us that the elevator could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Our usual elevator maintenance company told us it would be over 4 weeks before they could send someone out to take a look, despite the fact that my mom was stuck on one floor of the house. I called Advantage and James understood the urgency of the situation for us. Quentin came to our house the next day and had our elevator working in less than an hour! Not only did he make the repair, but Quentin explained to me how to resolve the error code if it happens again. Fantastic customer service and I will definitely be calling them for regular maintenance and a new elevator installation, if needed in the future.

Just purchased a duplex that had an elevator installed by Advantage. After moving in, noticed an odd noise coming from the elevator mechanicals. I called Advantage and they had a tech come out that same day. Chris was a good guy and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Great customer service.
