The whole experience from ordering to installing could not have been any smoother or easier. Every person I dealt with was so nice and helpful. Chad came out and measured and took my order. He was quick and professional. Tyler did the installation. He was so nice! He answered all my questions. He was quick and cleaned up perfectly. From start to finish, Chad, Scott and Connie provided excellent service. They were extremely professional, prices were reasonable and job was done in time frame discussed. Chad and Scott went above and beyond during installation helping to overcome an issue builder did not address. I would highly recommend A Shade Above to anyone looking to have blinds, shades, etc installed. 5 Stars all the way!

We ordered plantation shutters for our entire house with the exception of one very large sliding door. Chad was exceptional throughout the process. He was patient, responded to questions, texts and emails quickly and he made the ordering process very simple and straightforward. Installation day was exceptionally smooth and easy ( at least for me!). We plan to use them for the sliding door once I figure out what we want! Connie was my next person who handled questions when Chad wasn’t available and has helped me narrow down what we want next. She’s a true asset to their company. She has the patience of a saint and she brings another perspective to my many ideas.

They were recommended to us by another customer and they didn’t steer us wrong.
