Tommy Stele was outstanding and helped me with design choices and made suggestions. I ended up buying a discontinued tile. He carefully wrapped all the pieces so that nothing will break while I transport it. My interior designer had recommended that I come here. That was great advice. There are so many beautiful choices. I will definitely be back for my next project.

I was really happy with the purchase at the tile shop. The employees were very helpful. The manage Joe went above and beyond to help us with our project. Definitely recommend this shop for the customer service. We received two boxes where the tiles were damaged but was able to get two new ones the following week.

Joe did an outstanding job for us. Took the time to explain the differences in the tiles and how the colors would work. The total experience working with Joe and Tile Shop really brought the project together. We cannot be happier five stars. Five stars!

Amazing selections. They even supplied me with a list of contractors when asked about installation of tiles.. I have an older house and had tried several places for terra cotta tiles. They had them finally. Customer service was amazing knowledge of inventory was excellent. They will be my go to for any porch, backsplash, or flooring needs

Remodeling a master bathroom and had to pick out tile. A daunting task for someone who isn’t a designer. Rashawn W. was so helpful and was able to help us put together a stunning bathroom! She takes the time to listen to you and get an understanding of what you are going for. Our contractor was a bit overzealous when it came to quantities and we ended up with quite a bit extra tile. The Store Manager Joe L. was very nice when it came to returns and was able to make all necessary adjustments to the invoice. All in all I would say I definitely recommend The Tile Shop based on a great selection and superior customer service.

When my wife and I walked into the store we knew we had found the right place, and when we were assisted by Joe Laspina we knew we had found the right person to help us. We had a general idea of what we wanted for our kitchen remodel, but with his help we left the store confident that we had purchased the perfect products for the job. There was never even the slightest suggestion that what was most expensive was necessarily the best. In fact the backsplash we ended up buying was actually on clearance. There is no way that you can go wrong with a store with this kind of products and this exceptional customer service.

Every single time I go in the tile shop I have a Wonderful experience!!!! Corwin came highly recommended and I see why. His patience, kindness and expertise are exactly what I needed when I was looking to remodel my master bathroom shower and floor. He made the process so easy for me and made sure I liked everything about the design before finalizing. His manager and coworkers were very nice as well and always willing to lend a helping hand. From now on whenever I need a project done around the home that requires tile I will be going to the tile shop!!!! Hopefully the kitchen floors will be next?

I visited the Tile Shop with a friend some months ago. It specializes in very ornate and somewhat pricey tiles which are not surprising due to the availability of having a designer work with you to custom design your kitchens and baths. The atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting.

I remodeled three bathrooms and the pictures of them don't even do justice to the tile from the Tile Shop. From Sinead to Michael to every single person I ever asked for help; they were all incredibly nice and professional. Everyone consistently went out of their way to accommodate me and my needs. They are all very talented and helped pick out some great tile. I will definitely be using them again soon for other remodeling.
