They came by the same day I called, one of the parts was broken, but was able to replace it the next day. They recommended a surge protector since there is so many storm power outages lately can cause the same problem again. I appreciate they took the time to send me an Amazon listing for the surge protector. Great customer service.

Richard was awesome. He was very professional and detail oriented. He arrived on time as scheduled and was very prepared when he arrived. As soon as he arrived, he planned out what needed to be done and then started on it right away. Job was completed within in an hour. In addition, he took the time to train my wife and I on how to setup the controls on the opener and the MyQ app. Thank you very much for the time and the speedy action on our installation. Very helpful and informative.

I responded to a face book post and soon after they called to schedule the “tune up” service. They called ahead on appointment day to confirm and showed up 5 minutes early. From the very beginning there was honesty and professionalism. My door was bent from a very light auto collision. He put the cable back on the spring and honesty stated there was not a lot he could do other than replace the panel (very true) and he didn’t feel comfortable charging me the full fee for just giving me pointers. I had to insist he take payment. If you need a door repaired… you’re crazy if you don’t call these people…

I could not be happier with the job David did on our garage door. He was prompt, knowledgeable & very personable! I really enjoyed talking with him & learning from his expertise. I saw their video add on Facebook, and was very skeptical at first. I began to research 24 Hour Garage Door. I was unable to find anything negative about their claims. I called and received next day service. I knew I had issues with two doors not working as they should. David was the tech, and was very knowledgeable about the doors! He immediately found one of the main center bracket bolts worn almost completely through, and another side bolt just hanging on with no nut to hold it . I was watching as he immediately called my attention to the problems. The main spring's also needed to have the tension tightened. My single door just needed a tuneup. Needless to say, I was only days away from having a disaster on the double door, but thanks to David’s knowledge, I averted any issues! I would highly recommend this company for any of your garage door issues, and by the way, NO service call fee, and the were very reasonably priced! Call, and I am sure you will have the same satisfaction.

They were able to fit me in quickly when our garage stopped working. Richard was professional and very knowledgeable. We will definitely be loyal customers and will recommend them to friends and family. Hard to find a company nowadays that shows up when they say and does the whole job right. Very impressed!
