Poor customer service. A client of mine has questions about his solar system because it’s not producing what it’s suppose to be producing. I have been trying to get their production team and sales team involved to try and troubleshoot the issue. We’re on the second week of daily messages and emails to action solar and nobody wants to step up and help us out. They can’t even diagnose if the system is working properly. The only two times that they have replied has been through a sales representative that keeps telling me they will reach out to their team and ask for updates. It seems as if there are issues going on internally or they simply do not care. I have called the line for existing customers and even new customers, neighter are answering the phone. As third party representative, I feel horrible that the customers who placed trust on me with action solars product and services are not being taken care of as promised. Where is the customer support? Where is the 25 yr warranty? Where is the nearly 5 start Google rating? Their actions speak louder than their words on print… stay away.

Overall

The work was completed as agreed, however, the solar panels have not produced any energy. I am still paying both the loan on the work and a full energy bill. It has been nearly a year. I have reached out to customer service multiple times via email with no response. However, the marketing representatives still see fit to contact me and ask for referrals.

This is disappointing considering that there are a decent number of good reviews here, although I have seen others who share my experience.

The entire process with Action Solar, from design to installation, was smooth and hassle-free. The team did a fantastic job, and we are very happy with the outcome. The only minor issue was the delivery of equipment, but it didn't affect our overall satisfaction. I highly recommend Action Solar to anyone.
