Great company, quick to respond, good communication and great at what they do. They give a full color report with a clear diagnosis on your furnace or hot water tank which is a great report to have on your most important home fixtures.

I would give 10 starts if available! 1st Response is honest, professional and work fast to get issues resolved! We had our furnace die and they came the same day, sent a quote for choices the following morning and booked the installation of the new system for a few days later once we picked one!
The tech that installed (Collin) was super patient explaining the new system to us and made sure to run all tests. Very pleasant and professional!
Overall, we had a great experience!

Okay… WOW!!
My husband and I had to have our heating system replaced when our ancient furnace suddenly stopped working. We got bids from 1st Response and another well known Seattle firm. The bids were for identical systems but 1st Response came in $10,000 lower!
But I have to say what was most impressive by far was their staff!
Rylan, Ethan and Jake were polite, cheerful and worked tirelessly to get our system installed as quickly as possible. Even after working for 10 or more hours, their attitudes never changed.
They dealt with the job efficiently and worked tirelessly to get it all done.
I’ve had this house for decades and can’t recall a better experience with home repairs or improvements.
Do yourself a favor and considered these folks for your next project!

We returned home from vacation to record cold temperatures and discovered our entire heating system wasn't working. 1st Response's technician Riley came out the same day and did a great job of trouble shooting. There were a number of possible causes, but Riley contacted the manufacturer and managed to figure out the issue. He stayed late and worked diligently to resolve the problem. Thanks to Riley and 1st Response, our heating system was up and running on the same day!

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about the team at 1st Response. Rylan came out and did all he could to first try to fix, then find an affordable replacement for my old furnace. And Ethan went above and beyond during the install. Also, the office staff was wonderful, including Kimberly, Melissa, and Nairobi.

I have had multiple services from 1st response and I am always so impressed by their level of knowledge and professionalism. Their services are well priced and they really try to do right by their customers. Braxten in particular has gone above and beyond for us on multiple occasions. Some of my experiences with them include:
1) When I first bought my house, I had multiple HVAC folks tell me that my furnace needed to be replaced for ~$10k. 1st response was the only contractor that told me it could be repaired, which they did for under $500. Two years later and the furnace is working as well as ever. Their honesty and knowledge saved me a lot of money.
2) When my heat went out during the recent cold snap, they were able to fit me in for a next day appointment. When there was an issue with my thermostat after they left, they came back same day even though it was outside of normal business hours to make sure everything was working.
My favorite part of working with them is the level of professionalism that all of their technicians display. They are knowledgeable and friendly, explaining details when I ask but not overwhelming me with unnecessary information. Their after-visit writeups are top notch and make sure I have all the info I need. Their scheduling dispatchers are also great and always return my call within an hour. Highly recommend working with 1st response for your HVAC needs.

Rylan & Ethan have worked on two major jobs at my home. This summer they replaced 4 air ducts below my house and put in a new water heater for me. This week they replaced my 30yr old furnace. Both times these two young men have been professional, courteous, informative, resourceful, and they left their work space better than they found it! They represent their company exceptionally well. I would recommend 1st Response for any of your HVAC needs. From my first phone call, to them emailing or txting me the arrival times and a picture of the HVAC professionals. I’m very impressed with this business and their people!
