Overall

Very nice folks. Dave was helpful on the sales end, but due to a mistake in ordering, the completion of our installation was delayed by a week. Both Ivan and Tony were very professional and did a fantastic job installing our new flooring. All in all, and now that it’s done, we’d do it again and Abby is a good company to go with! Having continuous floors with fewer transitions is my favorite part!

The staff at Abbey Carpet was always very friendly and helpful, especially Dave. They spent a lot of time helping me pick just the right tile for my bathroom shower and I absolutely love it. They also referred me to a plumber to replace the bathtub and followed up to make sure that everything went to my satisfaction.

Working with Abbey Carpet was an overwhelmingly positive experience and has convinced me to always seek high-quality professionals.

We hired Abbey Carpet to remove carpet and place LVP in our 1,000 SQ ft basement. From the surprise subfloor material to an extremely slanted floor, Abbey Carpet handled each situation professionally and with care. I never once doubted or questioned their process nor their expertise and felt confident in the quality of work they performed. Our new floors are flawless and the installer did an incredible job with our funky room shapes.

Everyone we worked with both at the showroom and at the project site were great company. Dave was patient and accommodating as we figured out timing, and Randy gave us a peace of mind during the prep work.

I can't recommend them enough.
