We waived inspection on our home when we bought it, but decided to still get an inspection later to make sure we were aware of everything going on and in front of future repairs. We contacted 4 Seasons to do this after looking at many other inspectors, but the upfront customer service provided by 4 Seasons was way better than everyone else. They had immediate availability as well, which helped. With our home being fully furnished (we live in it) it was a little different, but they were very friendly and took us through everything and went in detail all the issues we could run into. It was a detailed, thorough report and really appreciated all of the detail and photos in the final report.

They did the job so that's why they got 2 stars. But Alex was messy and absolutely sloppy with his work. He left all my appliances on when left, my thermostat was at 80 & we hate it when our home is above 68, he rearranged my entire closet and I thought I had clothes missing, he didn't reset my GFCI so I thought the electrical was out in part of the house and I'll never use 4 seasons again. As a licensed real estate professional that did over 40 transactions last year, I'll encourage every buyer not to use this company either.

I have used a number of home inspectors over the years but Jay is the most knowledgeable and just generally 'on to it'. He is prompt, informative and makes the process easy. There is enough information in his report to accurately assess whether this is a home you want to take on and if you do, you can use the information he gives to plan your maintenance going forward. He is really serious about being educated and knowledgeable about the latest information available and that combined with his experience make a really useful combo. These guys are not just 'retired contractors with ladders'. They really know their stuff.
