Jody was exactly on time both days, explained everything he did and was very fast and efficient. Pricing was clear and the text I got when they were on the way was helpful. The office staff was also a delight to work with. Love my new toilet! Jody was also great with my pets and is clearly a dog lover. Thanks Jody!

Our sump pump went out. I did a search, and found 1 Tom plumber. Same day appointment and was here at 10am. Quick diagnosis and after hauling out 10 5 gal pail of water, Jody found the pump had failed. Jody replaced the pump and now it working! Thank you Jody!

The response time is amazing. We had a leak in one of our toilets that was discovered yesterday. We were able to get an appointment within 24hrs. We had Jody come out to our house and work on our toilet. He was super respectful and courteous. I will definitely recommend this company to any friends or family.

Rick showed up an hour earlier than expected, which was wonderful! The text and call beforehand to let us know he was on his way was greatly appreciated too! He had everything he needed in the truck with him. He took care of everything we had concerns about: replaced our water heater, replaced a leaking valve, and addressed our low water pressure issue. He was great with our energetic border collie, and was very nice each time I checked on him to see if he needed anything and how he was doing. 100% would use 1-Tom Plumbing again!!

Called at 6pm and was given a next day appointment. Jody Rowland came out to complete the work for me and went above and beyond his duty as a plumber. It’s not often you find a guy willing to have a real conversation while he’s trying to compete his work, but Jody was. Hats off to a guy who understands the service he provides and is willing to go the extra mile by being personable and kind while exercising efficiency in his work. Great guy. Anyone lucky enough to get him should be leaving a 5 star as well.

Jody came today and did a fantastic job replacing my guest bathroom sink and faucet. Then Leslie and Dave unclogged the commode that the great nieces had completely plugged up. They were all very polite and professional and the service was fast. Fast was important as I have family from all over the country coming in over the next few days.
I will be installing a basement bathroom this year and this is who I will be calling.

Rick Grulke has done work for me twice now and continues to do a great job. He has installed a couple of sinks and is always mindful of his mess and answers all of my questions. He is super respectful and makes my place look great. They are also flexible enough to come out same day, no need to wait weeks! I will be using Rick and 1-Tom Plumbing for all of my future needs. Great work!

1-Tom plumber, sent out Rick to install a utility tub. He gave me a price and time frame to do the job. He completed the service and in the time he estimated. Tub looks good and works great. Thanks Rick

Leslie was amazing! He was very polite, friendly, and professional. He was very knowledgeable and efficient, and he refused to leave until I checked that he had cleaned up where he worked. He andwered all of my questions, too. I've had other plumbers come to my home in the past, but Leslie was hands-down, the best plumber that I've ever had. I would highly recommend him for all plumbing needs. ??
