1st Choice did a great job with their air conditioning install. The price was competitive, the job was professional and very clean. My husband and I both had a very busy day. They needed to ask a couple questions to do their job and the rest was all them. I've always been impressed with 1st Choice with all our furnace installs, air conditioning and maintenance. They are my go to for all HVAC needs.

Justin was a pleasure to work with. He was good natured and very informative with what he was working on. He addressed my questions in an easy to understand way while being factual with his experience. 1st choice has been servicing our HVAC for a long time. Very happy with their service overall. Justin's visit was the first time at our house. Our regular guy retired recently. ?

Timothy Shepherd knocked it out of the park! As a tradesman myself we are hard to please and critical by nature, so to give someone a 5 star review means a lot! He had a young helper working with him so there will be another great installer in the future if he pays attention! Level, clean and professional look to every connection, hose and pipe. The install took a bit long, but the end result shows attention to detail and not hurried work. Thank you Timothy, well done sir!

This was my first experience with 1st Choice Heating & Cooling. On a 90 degree day my air conditioning wasn't working right. I sent a form on the website in the morning and had an appointment by 2 pm. Steve was my technician. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know. He was thorough and professional. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and highly recommend the company and Steve. You have a new loyal customer!

Steve was great! Explained and showed me what was wrong with my ac unit. Completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Great communication with the office and dispatch. O was able to make an appointment online in a Sunday night for a Tuesday that same week. I got a call on Monday morning to ask if they could come that day as they had an opening.

We have used this company since we first moved. We have been very happy with their attention to detail and their work. They installed all new heating and air conditioning units for us and have consistent maintained and serviced them. Our latest service technician, Justin, did an excellent job performing our AC service and went above and beyond, cleaning the unit and explaining things clearly and concisely.

Wonderful experience with 1st Choice Heating and Cooling, above and beyond service the likes of which are rarely seen these days. Furnace failed. Seeing recommendations on Next Door we included 1st Choice in our 3 estimates to replace the furnace and A/C. We found them easy to deal with, best pricing and committed to their customers. Installers were very clean and professional and exceeded our elevated expectations for a quality installation ensuring that we had the best setup.

1st Choice was amazing during our furnace issue from start to finish.
We noticed the temperature in the house was 2 degrees cooler than it should have been, and saw the error on the thermostat. It was late (after 6pm) on a Thursday, and within 30 minutes of my call, Tim was here. Tim was great. After a fairly quick investigation, he said "these are the conversations we don't like to have". Our Carrier furnace from 2011 had failed due to a common known issue in the industry. Tim said he could get an advisor here the same night to go over options.
Brandon was here within 30 minutes of Tim leaving, he did some data collection on our set up and then asked what we were interested in. The fix for the furnace was almost the same price as a new furnace. So we selected a new furnace. Brandon respected our choices while advising us, which we appreciated.
The next morning, before 9am, we got a call from the office letting us know we'd get the furnace installed in the afternoon. This is the day we got around 5 inches of snow in late March as well, so our house was getting cold. Everyone we talked to at this point offered to supply us with space heaters too.
Keith and Mitch showed up around 1-2pm on a Friday. They stayed until 7pm to make sure our home had heat. They were open and willing to answer any questions we had. They had to redo our intake and exhaust piping to be to code. Again, they were awesome, walked us through the new thermostat late on a Friday like they were here during normal working hours.
I know temperatures are an inexact science with thermostats, but our old system was usually set at 70 during the day and 68 at night. 68 felt cold in the morning. Sometimes 70 was cold during points while watching tv at night. With this new system, we had it set at 67 and were hot, and we bumped it down to 66 now, and are loving being comfortable again.
The point is, we got a new furnace and it feels like we got a new, better furnace, which is what I want when I make a big purchase.
We appreciate all of the people who helped us from 1st Choice.

I called 1st choice on a tuesday afternoon and Don was at my house next day at 8am. We was very detailed explaining me the different options, never pushy trying to get me to spend more money. The next day the installing crew came pretty ealry and start working right away. Jim K. and Cam did a great job explaining everything they were doing. My furnace was from 1985 and my AC unit from 1990. I tried replacing just the furnace, but it wasn't going to work correctly with the coil and AC unit been that old. Don came back right away and we choose a nice unit and were able to get the right financing. The guys came back next day in the morning and finish installing everything. I cannot be more happy with the price and services. They were never secretive regarding the changes they were doing, or how things work. I will definitely recommend 1st Choice to anybody.
