It was very obvious that he spent alot of time in, on, under, and around the house looking for anything and everything that needed to be reviewed before purchase. Jerid had a full schedule when I called him, but he worked hard to get an inspection scheduled for me. He performed a very thorough inspection and provided as much information as possible. He was also very quick to respond and prepare the inspection report. I would highly recommend 304 Inspections to anyone.

Edit: I’ve used Jerid twice now, and he is scheduled for a third inspection on Monday. He is very thorough and has saved me a ton of money in repairs I didn’t want to deal with. I cannot recommend him enough.

I’d rate this company 10 stars if I could. I filled out his contact form late Saturday evening and I had an email waiting on me Sunday morning. A call a few hours later and I had an appointment scheduled. I had a list of potential home inspectors to work through. Just the speed in which he got back with me influenced my decision in hiring him. If you REALLY want to know the condition of the home you are potentially buying, this is the man to talk to. My report was incredibly detailed, full of pictures and videos detailing conditions that were found, and on top of that was very easy to read and understand. This report potentially saved me tens of thousands of dollars over the life of the mortgage had I bought the home. I can’t say enough good things about Jerid and 304 inspections.
