I just sold my first house a couple days ago using #1 and Jamie Hunt was awesome! She lit a fire under our butts, we didn’t know we needed, and got us moving, figuratively and literally. We never listed on the market, only exclusively through #1 and the second person to see our house bought it! No one knew our house was even for sale! Even though I was stressing and freaking out about a few things she took care of it all and assured me everything would be ok…and it was! Thank you Jamie for getting us in our way to South Carolina!

First of all Paul Wells and his team were amazing. Got our house listed and sold in 30 hours, yes thats correct. We had a few hiccups before closing, but Paul was able to get things done for us. Thank you to Bonnie Berry for being there when Paul was called out of town. Also a shout out to Larry and Kim for stepping in on final walk thru, and helping with the final hurdle. Overall I highly recommend #1 Properties, I couldnt have asked for a better experience, and had the best Realtor in Cheyenne. Thanks Paul

Elizabeth Velte has been our family's go-to realtor for a few years now. She is helpful, prompt, patient, and extremely friendly. Be prepared for chitchat! Our side of the purchase went VERY smoothly. As first-time homeowners, she made the process much less intimidating. Elizabeth's involvement was so helpful and appreciated! Absolutely recommend.

She is friendly and professional, but most importantly she is both a skilled seller's agent, and a thorough buyer's agent.
