John from Hansons has been amazing. My partner and I have been in touch with multiple companies, ultimately seeking a project to replace the windows in our home. The customer service we received from John and Hansons stands out from the rest as exceptional. From the very first point of contact, we have experienced great communication, transparency, and information; we never felt like we were being pressured, and John took time to walk through our needs, our questions and concerns, and even our home (virtually) to make sure he understood the ask in order to deliver the service we needed. Our expectations have been exceeded.

Bob did an excellent job presenting the product. I am looking forward to geting my new siding installed.

J did an outstanding job installing my new siding. His attention to detail and professionalism was above and beyond. He did the entire house by himself, cleaned up after himself every day before he left and was always asking if I had any questions.

Bruce was the rep that came out for the estimate. He was very knowledgeable and informative. He brought samples to show us the product Hanson sells. He took the time to answer all of our questions to our satisfaction. Due to previous poor experience with an other company providing an estimate, we were on the defense. He was made aware of us not being up for pushy sales tactics. He really took the time to show us the quality of the product and benefits. I would recommend this representative and 1-800-HANSONS.
