I had rented a house for 2 years when I found out I had a month to buy it before my landlords listed it. Bailey Bromley not only made my dreams of being a home owner come true, she helped me provide stability to my kids by keeping us in our home.
My job could have prevented me from being able to close, or the house closing could have kept me from earning a living, she found a way for me to close while I was in Fairbanks, Alaska. I had no idea which lender to turn to, she knew exactly which lender would work hard for me through a complicated situation to get me the best possible rate and loan. When I didn’t have a ladder to do some painting, she knew a guy who was willing to lend me one.
Not only does she have incredible local connections, her judgment and foresight gave me peace of mind. Still, a year and a half later, I will occasionally stop and remember the sound advice she gave me, how she was able to help me have a perspective that made buying my home a seamless process. I reached out to her because I was beyond stressed and she allowed me the mental capacity to focus on things other than my house.
There is no doubt Bailey Bromley is my realtor for life. She is incredibly intelligent, hilarious, the life of any party, has grit and determination, a heart of gold, deep empathy, and some how manages to bring all that together and communicate in a way that is laser focused with grace and strategy. Plus, because she’s such a high quality individual she has great relationships and mutual respect with other realtors in town. There’s no one else I would trust to have my back, protect my assets, and negotiate the best possible deal.

We worked with Bailey Bromley to find the perfect home for us in Cody, Wyoming. She did such a great job! She sent us listings, responded immediately to our queries, and listened to our requests. She didn't show us homes out of our price range or try to pressure us. Instead, she brought us to many places that would work for us, and helped us to find our new home. She's an outstanding agent and we're so glad to have found her.

Had the pleasure of working with Mr. Moore to help me find a house. Mr. Moore showed infinite patience in helping me find the perfect house in the perfect location at the perfect price. I couldn’t be happier with his professionalism, courtesy, and knowledge of real estate and the area in which I was looking. Cannot recommend him enough for anyone looking to buy or sell.
